An Open Letter To Judge Elizabeth Ma’ass

As you know, back in 2010, the verdict you rendered in my divorce–case NO.502006DR009435XXXXMB– was fraudulent.  You tampered with evidence, and you lied to deflect the outcome from right to wrong and vice-versa.  Your evil act is haunting you, and I am still longing for justice.

Far from being a judge in the court of law, you acted instead as the lawyer who represented my ex-wife Emma Adhemar throughout the divorce proceeding.  You and Bruce Rosenwater, as a beautiful pair of crooks, formed the legal team in her defense.

Since I had no legal representation in court toward the end of the divorce proceeding, I was vulnerable and left at your mercy.  So you two capitalized.  What shocked me was that you, predators, colluded and took the house from me and unjustly awarded it to Adhemar.

To justify your conspiracy, you and Rosenwater came up with a plan.  As a pretense for equitable distribution, the two of you fabricated a 150.000-dollar saving you claimed that I owned at Saint Andrew’s School where I used to work.  This saving you claimed I owned is way above my 5-year salary at Saint-Andrews School.

Out of that bogus fund, you awarded me the lion share, which is a ruse you used to justify giving the family home to my ex-wife.  As a judge, you had the guts to document the entire misdeed in the government public record as factual data? Wow!  Judge Ma’aas, you are simply a low class with no scruples and no integrity at all.

How could you, Judge Ma’ass, and your co-conspirator, Rosenwater, substantiate your 2010 verdict and the non-existent fund you claimed I owned?  You used the court of law as a weapon against me. How can you undo the damage and prove your case?

Judge Ma’aas, what was your stake in this divorce case that you felt so compelled to cross the judicial boundaries to be in cahoots with such a corrupt and inept lawyer like Rosenwater?  Was it financial or the demagoguery of an evil judge?

Under your judgeship, you turned the courtroom into a gambling ground. You decided the outcome of my divorce not by law but with ruse and your big ego.

A blatant miscarriage of justice of this kind cannot be swept under the rug.  You screwed me up big time. The purpose of this article is to show your cruel and unjust treatment of me in the court of law.

After all, Judge Ma’aas, you are disloyal and unethical. You also epitomized shame and deceit to the judiciary system and to the public you swore to serve.
